5A 25-year-old Wauwatosa man was arrested for heist after a homeowner saw him sitting in his car in the 8400 block of Kenyon Avenue at 6:43 a.m. Jan. 10. He said he was looking for change to buy cigarettes, but the P noticed his prescription pills were missing from the car. He chased the man across the street and tackled him. He was found to have the pills, women's jewelry and a grinder with marijuana leftover on it in his backpack. He had been arrested Jan. 1 and was suspected to be involved in two additional crimes, so the locality attorney planned to review all four cases Feb. 1.

A grind is entered in the elegance of Jessica M. Heising into tears one day because a downgrade last shot at the roadside in Afghanistan killed a soldier from the Army component of her boyfriend.
