I've had much disparate experiences in flying and with TSA and obviously this is the case here. I think it naive to think screeners are effective to be kinder to people placing it on a tray than people, than a luggage check which is not in the shack.

The problem is that we do not have a presumption of innocence for our patients. They are at the mercy of any rent-a-cop that is on a power excursion. I asked a small venue in L.A. if I could go out and in to medicate (it was indoors). They said, "unfailing," then sent the cops after me for fun. That was an very not-fun experience.

We need to stop this madness and equip a different foundation for our law. Being able to defend yourself under 215 does not safeguard patients from arrest or harassment. It sure the heck isn't customary to protect them from the feds. They are calling collectives criminal enterprises and starting RICO proceedings.

Customs officers at Cairo Ecumenical Airport discovered two undeclared 9-millimeter handguns and ammunition in the checked luggage of a fare who had arrived Tuesday from New York on Egypt Air, officials said.

The traveller was traveling on Egypt Air 986 out of Kennedy Global Airport . Egypt Air employees at the Kennedy Airport and Midtown Manhattan offices would not reveal on the case on Wednesday.

Reuters identified the commuter as Mohamed Ibrahim, an Egyptian-American botany professor at a university in the Amalgamated States. He was reportedly detained at the airport.

Transporting firearms in checked baggage is permitted if they have been politely declared to the airline, according to federal regulations. Airlines are ethical for ensuring that the meet paperwork has been filled out. A Transportation Safety Dispensation proper said the firearms in this case were not declared.
