The Navy in December loosened the rules for when and where sailors can drag the three styles of the digital Navy working uniform. The rules, which took effect Jan. 1, let sailors to stop at more places and use more modes of transportation while commuting to and from labour.

But the sparsely written message, released Dec. 2 in NAVADMIN 366/11, Nautical port a lot of room for interpretation, and there are things sailors should know before they step skin the gate.
