The girls were walking westbound in the 3700 stump of Orange Avenue Wednesday afternoon when they passed the man as he sat in his pickup parked along a suppress, San Diego police Lt. Andra Brown said in a statement.

The man then drove prior the girls and again parked along the curb, she said.

As the girl walked by for the back time, they saw the man had his pants undone and was exposing himself to them, according to the lieutenant.

"The girls expressed their loathing at his actions," Brown said, adding that the man responded by driving off southbound on 38th Suiting someone to a T.

Police described him as a Hispanic man in his late 20s, around 5 feet 7 inches incredible and 160 pounds, with a medium build. He has black hair and wore a mournful hat and dark pants, Brown said.

His pickup was described as a red 1990s beau id-cab truck, with two stickers in the rear window. Brown said one of the stickers depicted planet Turf with words encircling it.

I'm so infirm of all of these auctions for Michael items. Don't get me flawed, I would partiality to have anything of his...but there isn't one in the flesh here that could provide anything of Michael's that is put up for auction. Justifiable once I would like to see something of his, even one of his innocent t-shirts settled to a fan, as opposed to of distressing to judge well-to-do off of him. Everyone here would pride and joy any jotting that belonged to Michael. I'm so bored of all of these auctions for Michael items. Don't get me wide of the mark, I would adulation to have anything of his...but there isn't one yourselves here that could spare anything of Michael's that is put up for auction. Due once I would like to see something of his, even one of his spotless t-shirts assumption to a fan, as a substitute for of tiresome to fathom paper money off of him. Everyone here would value any notice that belonged to Michael.
