Detectives said that Kwame Lake, 19, of Hempstead, presented a forged medicament at the CVS Pharmacy located at 44 N. Central Ave. in Valley Stream, trade for Promethazine with Codeine. Subsequent to investigation, the vehicle which was operated by the defendant was located with occupants Kason Parker, 21, and Marlon Douglas, 21, both of Hempstead.
